The only time you have to touch it is when you're removing it to be washed.* Washes well and doesn't leave streaks on the hardwood* The Pail is compact and easily stored when not using* There are plenty of mop headsCons* It does take a little finesse to get the mop head to lay flat on the base. The velcro grabs very well and if you don't have the mop head lined up well it will bunch. If it's bunched it won't fit properly into the pail* The slots on the top of the pail that wring out the water are tight so make sure you don't force it.
