A: I don't know the answer to your question.
All I can say is - I am gluten intolerant and it does not upset my tum.  It does taste very good and with the amount you need to use, it would not be a serious amount of gluten unless you are a celiac, in which case read gluten as - poison!

This stuff is amazing. Alot of foods are bland and always need a bit of something extra. Soups, stews, curries, noodles etc. If there's not enough flavour try adding a few shakes of this in your food either during cook or after. Brilliant flavour and can't go without it now. Lol. Buy in bulk as its cheaper too!!!!
