Detergents what ever ones those be, maybe the same thing that is in Techron...anyway, I am a quantum mechanic not an organic chemist but highly recommend wearing gloves and not breathing too many fumes. Tougher than any paint. Solvents, waxes, rubbing compounds. Used this and with some work it all came off.
