Well, I received this pan about two days ago, it felt good in my hand, seems well balanced and has some weight to it, so it is definitely not flimsy. I like the design of the pan and the lid seems very solid, love the glass with the vent. I washed it in warm water before use, using only dish soap and sponge. The first thing I made were scrambled eggs and then some maple sausage links. It cooked both very well and evenly. I was a bit surprised that even though I used gas heat with flame the handle stayed cool. So far so good, I think and hope that this is a good buy, so far very impressed.
