I think the only difference is that it’s not like a syrup consistency so you can’t really drizzle it over the whip cream on top.well you can but it’s not thick, it’s watery. I was disappointed about that at first and then tried Torani Sugar free caramel syrup and it’s also not syrupy. I guess that because it’s sugar free, it won’t be. This brand does actually taste better than the Torani though so I make it work and very happy with it
