If you are or had surgery, for me my knee, then this is for you. Helped me put on & off pants & underwear. My neighbor raved about hers. I bought it & I'm not disappointed. One side is a hook. You can easily pick up clothes. The other end has 2 L shaped hooks for pushing open, or down clothing, pants, to get on. Other one helps in getting off clothes easily. Very happy with mine.
