my husband‘s cousin had this at her place one day when we went over and she offered for us to try it with some homemade sushi and it was amazing. It’s delicious, it has the perfect kick to it that I think anyone who wants spicy but not incinerating well appreciate. Delicious chili crisp. I use it on ramen, pasta, eggs, chicken, pork. Goes well with pretty much anything and gives that nice little extra kick. It's no overly spicy and gives just enough heat to tingle the taste buds. Flavor wise I have nothing to complain about. I just wish that you would get more and it wasn't so expensive. It's hard for me to justify buying this on a regular basis, this is more like a treat every once in awhile. As much as I would like to use this as a daily condiment the price doesn't allow for it.
