I am 5' 6" and 145 pounds, pear shape, small chest. I ordered a medium but feel that I could have sized down. I don't feel like the suit cinches me in the way that a well-fitting suit should. The fabric sort of hangs - you can see it gather a bit in the mid-section. There's also a lot of room in the lower back area, so much so that I worried the fabric would pull as I swam.
