It has two power switches; one on the 12 volt adapter and one on the power block. Likes: It comes with several cords for the different most common CPAP machines, and that each cord/adapter is clearly labeled, not only showing what machine it is for but also the voltage required. It also allows me to power directly from DC without converting from AC, making it more efficient so battery back up lasts longer. So far it seems like it is quality built. Cons: Just two minor ones; you have to manually choose the correct voltage on the transformer, and having two power switches which seems overkill. Overall I am really pleased with my purchase.
