I wouldn’t advise using acrylic on this. **Q: Will derwent inktense stain the pallette** A: I haven't used my inktense on the caran d'ache pallette, but the caran d'ache neo II's do stain, so I would assume that inktense will too. **Q: How do you clean it? on the rough side remains a shade of my inktense and i don’t know how to get rid of it. i’ve tried water, soap, alcohol.thank you** A: It's best to clean it as soon as you've finished painting. The rough side can be used with watercolour pencils and gives a much better effect than using the pencils to colour and then activating them with water.
