A lot! I guess it’s hormones/age 😫. Besides using charcoal shampoo, which I swear by, I have replaced my pillow cases with these satiny ones. They are gentle on my hair as I toss and shift throughout the night. I don’t think we girls realize how often that happens and how rough regular pillow cases are on our hair. These are inexpensive but great quality. The pocket on the end makes it super neat.
