Infact you can't even download it because its full of viruses and Google and windows block it thats IF you spend day's looking for it and find it from a semi reputable source. Does it make LED light strips blink? Sure it does but not in any sort of custom pattern that you want to attempt to create, only whatever stock saved patterns they have saved on teh device itself.
