These are good sardines - I've had many kinds over the years and traditionally favor the inexpensive $1/can fare from the supermarket, but these are a better class of fish. You get three or four sardines per tin, the are 3/8ths to 1/2" thick. Fairly tender. The olive oil is of decent quality, it might be a bit strong for some, it competes with the sardine flavor. I add a little salt to these, but that's it, otherwise they make a good snack. They are in the top 10% of all sardines I've tried over the years.
