I tried doing eggs on the Blackstone this past weekend and the smallest form worked wonderfully. Dropped the egg in, and it actually stuck to the edges of the mold. Had to use the spatula to push a couple spots free, but the egg didn't leak out any, came out perfectly cooked, and perfectly round. Can't wait to use the bigger ones

Regardless of the surface we cooked on they leaked out of the sides unless you were cooking with a thicker batter. Doesn’t work so good with eggs or thinner batters. Easy to clean and storage is good due to folding handle

They are okay but runny food seeps under the edges. The large one is nice to make omelettes though.

I have been looking for some cooking rings that actually work. These are them. I use the pancake one for cooking my eggs over easy. Perfectly cooked. Makes for a very nice presentation. Easy to clean.
