I’ve been feeding him tetramin which is what the store recommended. Will my angelfish eat this?** A: Tetramin is good fish food, I used it for years. If your fish doesn't eat Tetramin, it probably won't eat this either, since there is very little or no difference. Perhaps it is sick? **Q: Will these help supplement my snail?, as I have little algae in my tank.** A: These are perfect for snails! My Mystery Snails rush towards their feeding dish when I drop some of these in the tank. My Malaysian Trumpet Snails seem to like these as well. These flakes are the primary diet for most of these fish (they get 3 other kinds of food as well). I have had the same bottle for 2 years and have used around half of it. I only open the big bottle to transfer a 2 month supply to a smaller container that I open near every day in an effort to help the flakes preserve longer.2 years in and my fish are healthy and show no signs of getting sick. In retrospect I may order smaller containers in the future because I didn't realize how long this one would last.
