It was like having something like a a fancy more compact, brown sugar.The texture of it, the aroma, all of it is amazing.The taste is rich but not overwhelming.I only use it in hot mushroom coffee.With collagen powder.It dissolves very well in hot water.And then I blend it in my coffee with the magic bullet.It is the one thing that I really look forward to every day.I used to use maple syrup.Just because I didn’t want to use sugar. I use raw cane sugar in every day items when baking.But THIS needed to be very intentional.And I love it.I rarely go to a coffee shop.Who can afford it anymore?Make it at home.And make it healthier by doing a mushroom coffee with organic coffee and collagen powder and jaggery.And then add half-and-half or cream or milk once you’ve blended it.It’s fantastic. ### ⭐ BUYER BEWARE *by on Reviewed in the United States September 4, 2025* BE VERY CAUTIOUS!I ordered this a 2nd time.
