This aroma gets you right away. These are organic and taste great. Closest to my right out of the garden herbs. The size of the package is perfect and the cost is where it should be. Easy to open and to reseal. Better taste than the mix I used to make or I used to buy elsewhere. Totally top line quality and value. Most used herb blend in this house. The herbs are ground fairly uniformly, not powdery but not so coarse they get stuck in your teeth. I turn the bag upside down and shake before opening to uniformly distribute the finer ground herbs throughout. My main use is for air fryer chicken breasts. Just brush heavily with extra virgin olive oil then coat with Herbes de Provence and roast in air fryer at 400⁰ for 14-24 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breast. No salt used, and my family doesn't ask for it. Great product.
