**Q: Could someone please recommend which one would be best for 15-year-old boys?**
A: My doctor recommend a fish oil with high DHA (1,000 mg) and high EPA (1,000 mg) content. This is a good product but very pricy.  Nature's Made 2800 mg is a good one too.
