It's a great versatile chair that allows for prolonged upright desk work and some slightly reclined easy working perfect for reading or training videos. I've had numerous people of various sizes and build try this chair out and no matter the size they all love the comfort. Obviously all people under the 300 lbs limit. The nice thing is the chairs physical size fits perfectly in any sizes office, though the smaller spaces will limit the reclining functions and for that I'd recommend the more straight forward executive or desk chairs. If I had a complaint, I'd have two, actually. One would be I'm missing a small cover that covers the back lower portion, but they've included contact info, so I'm sure I can get the missing part, and the second is the headrest is the only part that actually feels flimsy. The mount for it is plastic so I naturally grabbed the headrest to rotate the chair and discovered this. Laying the chair back I didn't feel any flexing of that bracket, only when moving the headrest, but I'm a set it and forget it, so I don't think this will be an issue. If you share a chair, I could see this as a problem. Maybe this part should be reinforced with a metal brace on the outer part to stabilize the plastic from any rotational torque. I've had it for a couple weeks and love it. I will definitely order another for my guests chair for my office...
