### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this book

I love this book, I have just started my family on the dairy free diet and I am noticing improvements, mainly with my children, my daughter has undiagnosed ADHD and my son has undiagnosed Aspergers, my daughter has stopped fidgeting and been less hyper and actually said yes Mum to me which never happens normally, my son has more eye contact and isnt ranting so much, my son has begged me for milk, but I am sure that its a craving and told him cows milk is bad for you. So far its been quite easy and my husband and me prefer coconut milk now, I think in 2 more weeks we will start on the gluten free diet too.

Excellent book. My ASD son has been on this diet now for 3.5 months and we have seen a huge improvement already in his focus, awareness and health. The book is easy to read and to dip in and out of. Some great information on ingredients, recipes and shops too.

It is a book that brings great game ideas to spark the imagination in children, children with these disorders, personally I lend it to my son's teacher so that developed in the classroom and watched it very tailored and excellent
