The pillow is pretty comfortable and the product itself seems well constructed. Kind of a niche product, but does what it does well when you're stuck sitting down like when riding in a plane or a car. That said, even just lying down without using the strap, the pillow part is pretty nice. It’s made well and is a clever design. But I maybe I have a long neck or just super sloping shoulders, or maybe the pillow is just too squishy, because I could not make an adjustment that didn’t have my neck cranked so far to one side as to be unbearably uncomfortable.
