If you don't have that machine, using this glaze can be a nightmare! After wasting 1/3 of the package (burning it), I finally got the process down for success without a popcorn machine. 1. Air pop enough popcorn to fill a large pot 2/3 full. 2, Heat coconut oil (any oil) in that large pot. 3. Add glaze. 4. Once glaze begins to melt, add a tablespoon of butter. 5. STIR, STIR, STIR! 6. As soon as the glaze has fully melted (don't "overmelt") pull it off the heat shut off the burner. 7. Dump in the popcorn and stir it up like you're making popcorn balls. you can stir it on the hot, but off, burner to keep things warm.
