I have always been happy with them. I received a new shipment today. They are NOT the same pad. They are significantly thinner/flimsier and not branded. They used to come in clear bags inside a box that was as pictured (white with green lettering). They now are in white bags with no branding. I am including two pictures. In one picture you will see a stack of 7 of the old pads on the left and 7 of the new pads on the right. You can see the difference in thickness very clearly. I am also including a picture of the box they arrived in. There were 2 white bags inside the box. Also, the box notes "Made in China". There was nothing that looks like the thumbnail picture of the "Neat 'n Dry" box. Will be returning and looking for a new brand. Shame, because I really liked the old style. ### ⭐ NOT the same pads as before! *by G***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2020* First let me say that I have used these pads for nearly a decade and have loved them for just that long. Recently I signed up for auto-ship because we have new puppies so it’s not for the β€œjust in case” moments anymore as we are house training our new girls. So imagine my surprise when the bags delivered were unmarked white bags that had pads that were not only folded differently but also thinner and no longer pulled the pee away from the surface- my girls are about 4lbs a piece right now so not much coming out but I have to switch these new pads every time- total waste. I am so disappointed. I never want another unmarked bag like these again and will be searching for a new brand until we can go back to ordering the small pack and then maybe I will see about switching back. If it isn’t a branded bag be prepared for a product that is NOT up to the brands standards! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A different use *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 22, 2022* I have used these for years to put in the bottom of my Dove cage. They are the exact fit and take the smell, that birds tend to have, completely away. Unfortunate they didn't have them for a while so I had to use the 17X23. I just folded them over at the top.
