I didnt buy them for sports or to strap things. My husband is allergic to metal. We have tried every type of key holder possible for his pants/belt. Leather didn't even work because of the fasteners. At last resort I searched this product. I figured why not? That I've been going through this headache for years now. My fear was that it wouldn't hold up with activity. I was wrong. These little buggers are strong as h***. They have been through the war and back. And they have held up. Best of all, NO more metal issues. I would buy this again any day, but I don't think I'll have to. They are beyond sturdy. I stole one from my husband they work so well. Would I recommend it? Definitely worth your money.
