Let me tell you these calderos cooks rice and pollo guisado (stewed chicken) like no other and heats up fast! I decided to go ahead and order this 20 size and it's awesome. I wanted a smaller one to make stewed beans, farina, oatmeal, and whatever i can find to cook it it. The size is embossed on the lid but I don't mind it and it doesn't bother me one bit! These calderos have smooth bottoms, both pots and lids are thick and weighted, heats up quickly, and cook food like no other, in my opinion!
