I am more than satisfied with this product with it’s minimal cost, **Q: The 9-9.5 size is a tiny bit big for my size 9 shoes. Is it okay to cut the insole? If so, where's the best place to cut?** A: I'm curious about this, also. The package or manufacturer say nothing about it.
