Does a nice job of binding the joint sand and leaves a sheen on the pavers that looks good and repels some water. Dries per instructions and hopefully will repel black mold. Make sure you clean surface throughly before applying. Review: Wet look, even coat, enhanced colors - Cleaned the 3 year old concrete paver driveway which was never sealed. Corrected the stains, spills, and the sunken pavers. Filled cracks with normal, fine sand. Applied this product with a sprayer and rolled over it with a paint roller to spread out the pooled up areas. Applied two light coats as directed which totalled 135 sq ft per gallon (6 hours total). Looks super great!!! I will update this review over the years. I hope to reduce the weed growth and sand washout with this product in southwest FL.
