The temperature alarms have been a life saver as our baby’s crib is close to a window and I would have underdressed her at night without it! The breathing monitor is peace of mind and if your baby rolls I’m sure the position alarms would also be a great help! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Love the Hero, HATE the Pico *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 April 2018* I bought the Pico having used the Snuza Hero which I genuinely cannot fault; truly wk derail product my best baby buy. The same CANNOT be said for the Pico. My reason for buying it was to have the smart technology feature in addition to my traditional baby monitor, camera/sound/under mattress movement etc once my baby was going to bed earlier and being left within monitors. Pico is so unreliable. The connectivity is horrendous; I can be outside our bedroom door and it will lose connectivity. The temperature readings are nowhere close to accurate and the sleep stage indicator can tell me my baby is asleep when she is wide awake. It’s breath detection and alarm function cannot be flawed but you have this in the wonderful Hero, without needing to charge it daily or pay twice the price! The other shocking issue is how flimsy the clips are, mine has disassembled itself at the hinge countless times. All in all I massively regret buying this, wouldn’t recommend it dnd downright hate it!!!! I will still sing the Snuza Hero’s praises to anyone who will listen though!!! ### ⭐ Snuza advised me this is a counterfeit and to return it *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 30 March 2018* I bought this, tried to register it on the Snuza website, which you need to do in order to use it with the app. However the serial number was not accepted. So I contacted Snuza, provided them with photos and details of the device.
