The Hula hoop comes in 7 pieces which are quite easily fitted together, it is weighted and slightly padded for comfort. Many years ago I had a hula hoop and loved it, to my delight I found I still have the knack of Hula Hooping and it really is fun especially if you put some music on. It slims your waist and hips and seems to give a good all over work out. I am going to build up to 15 minutes a day, I can actually feel myself getting fitter already, although I must say that I did ache the first couple of times as I have not exercised for a long time but nothing too bad. The speed rope is exactly what it says, it is designed to be thin to go fast and the handles are comfy.
