However, the black rubbish piece would not fit between RV 2" receiver end and extension, so I removed it. Maybe this install method isn't supported, no directions in the box, I guess time will tell. PS Look at vendor's listing pictures as it tells you how to install it. A lot of reviews showing fails are also showing improper installation. The angled end goes AWAY from your vehicle. And, the flange nuts go on first, then split washers, then lock nuts.
