I love this product. Although I don't have pets, I have 3 children who always spill things on the floor. Its so effective in removing stains and getting rid of smells. The size of the product is brilliant too a d lasts a long time. I like the different nozzles setting for different sprays. I was cleaning up after a visit from a very excitable puppy the left both puddles and poo on my carpet. It cleaned the poo stain but struggled with the urine stain which is visible, but less so than originally. Have tried several times but stain is still visible on a white part of my rug. Mostly works and smells good. Probably works better if used straight away.
