This batter mix is by far the best we have tried.The mix comes in a 3lb box. The nice thing about its packaging is that each pound is packaged separately, so you don't have to worry about storing excess mix in sealable containers. Each pound package makes about 12 cones. We just need a few cones made at a time, so we use half a pound each time.The directions are very simple and clearly explained on the package.
