I bought these because I have a lemon tree in my backyard that produces more lemons than I can use or give away before they go bad. I've tried other ice cube molds, but it was always really hard to get the cubes out after they froze. With the Souper Cubes, because of the flexible silicone, the cubes come out easily. Once they're frozen, I transfer the cubes to a freezer bag, pop the trays into the dishwasher, then use them again for more cubes. So convenient!! I also really like that there are indicators for either 1 tablespoon or 2 tablespoons. It makes it very easy to freeze just the amount you would need for a specific recipe.
