A: After a charging time of approx. 2 hours, the pad can be used again for 6x 20 minutes.

**Q: The electrodes detach from the body - what now?**
A: Clean the gel pads after each use with a damp, lint-free cloth and protect the outside with one of the protective films - this will give your gel pads a particularly long life. If the gel pads do come loose, they will need to be replaced.

**Q: Can I use the EM 55 Menstrual Relax+ with a conventional USB-C cable?**
A: For your safety, we have equipped the EM 55 with a specially coded USB-C cable. This has been tested together with the product and is precisely matched to our EM 55. Conventional USB-C cables are not compatible with the product.

It's not worth the money! I tested the device for about 3h. The heat function is great (but any other self-adhesive patch could do that). The TENS function doesn't really do anything or my device was damaged (no idea!). When power run out, I realised my box arrived without a charging cable, and it turned out it can't be charged with any other charger. Great idea to have heat & TENS in one, so @Beurer improve the quality of your device!
