First the customer service is really good and would love to give more starts but don't want to misrepresent the actual product. We originally purchased this system a year ago. After only a few weeks the water was no longer filtering. Since you're supposed to get 6 months or several dozen gallons we were shocked. Customer service sent us a free filter right away! The filter still only lasted a few weeks so it wasn't faulty. This was an order for 2 filters and only one arrived. When we reached out to customer service they again were wonderful. Unfortunately the filters for the price just aren't worth it, about 6-7 filters in 12 months and we are switching to a different system. Really wanted this to work but after a year it's time to find something that stands behind the price.
