I'm giving it 4 stars because sometimes it seems to get really hot when on high and other times it seems like it's warm. I wanted it for my hips and possibly to help my knees, but no matter, the extra length is great. Nice to know that something was contributed by the USA! The size is larger that my old one (over 30 years). I like the feel of the cover, very soft. At this time I really haven't had the opportunity to use, I did test it out to make sure it worked. Only had on each setting for maybe 5 minutes.
