Thanks CTI! **Q: Will this stick to the bottom of a hook and loop orbital sander?** A: yes, this will stick to a hook and loop backer. i polish countertops from time to time and i use scotchbrite pads for an even finish on some surfaces. i use scissors to make the shape i need. i use a pneumatic buffer running at most 3000 rpm and they stick just fine. just make sure your hook and loop back is in good shape, not all worn out. **Q: food safe? They say industrial, but can they be used pots, pans, dishes, etc.?** A: Personally, I have used these mainly In my bathroom and kitchen areas on the countertops and sinks...I don't think they would stand the test of time on pots and pans and the like! It creates the perfect finish to burnish the wax with a little heat friction into the wood without leaving any scratch marks. Pro tip, cut it into small squares and burnish one area at a time.
