The beef one is by far the best in texture and flavor. It isn't like beef, but it is the best TVP I have tried so I will only buy the beef one from now on, along with the regular big bag granules (I mix them for my dishes) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smaller chunks than I expected *by C***8 on February 18, 2018* The chunks are very small, but they do get a tad bigger when they're rehydrated. It's easy for it to get quite 'crumby' if you're not too careful with it. There is a seasoning on this, which actually makes it taste great. Most TVP do not have any seasoning, so that was a delightful surprise. There was some confusion with the description, I was expecting granules/chunks as apposed to the flakes I received. Either way, they worked great for the recipe.
