The wireless remotes work really well, saving you having to be within wired distance of winch. The synthetic rope is a welcome inclusion, as I feel its a safer friendlier option to wire rope. Well worth the money, would happily recommend anyone to buy.

**Q: How would connect this to the house plug? I want to fit it to the garage floor to winch up the caravan.**
A: You can’t connect directly to house socket, it runs off car battery 12 bolts.
Maybe you could get transformer to 12 volt dc or battery with solar trickle charger.

**Q: Will a 50amp 240v - 12v transformer power this winch**
A: I used an ordinary car battery charger. I don't know the rechnical details of it.

**Q: could i use this or similar to winch my 2 berth light caravan up my drive it has a 5 degree slope**
A: Hi, yes, I use it attached to my towing eye to pull my 19ft boat up the slipway does it no problem.

**Q: Could I fit a trailer plug to this winch**
A: I believe not, the electric current draw is greater than the plug and wiring will take. Wire directly from the battery with a seperate fuse and a suitable plug.

Solid make, easy to fix and work well. I Mounted mine on a trailer Ball , back of the car to help pull my boat up the slipway, works well Would recommend.
