Arrivato, avevo già tutto il necessario per comporre gli uramaki, riso originale, salmone affumicato, avocado, semi di papavero, semi di sesamo, cipolla disidratata, aceto di mele, soya fermentata naturalmente. Ho rivestito sotto e sopra la stuoia con la pellicola per alimenti, ho bagnato le mani con l'aceto di mele, ho distribuito il riso ed il ripieno, con la stuoia ho arrotolato l'uramaki stringendo così da compattare il rotolo, disposto su di un pezzo di carta forno e rivestito con i semi di papavero, tagliato in porzioni e messo subito in frigo. Ho atteso solo 30 minuti e non ho resistito dall'assaggiare. Buonissimo! nulla da invidiare a quello che preparano nei ristoranti di sushi o quelli già pronti nei supermercati.
