The product comes in a freezer pack, but the product, although cold, is no longer frozen upon arrival, so you need to be prepared to cook it up and enjoy it right away. I am definitely going to re-order more and try it on the grill.

The product was delicious when pan fried with Emeril's Bayou seasoning. My product came in a thawed out very hot packaging and the meat itself was not vacuum packed. I took videos and pictures of it it was very warm. There is air all around the alligator meat in the vacuum bag and there's no leaks on the bag
