After the first time or two, it wasn't hard to stretch it enough to go over the brace, and it kept all the water out. Was easy to remove. Now that it is after surgery with a new brace it worked great and pulling it up didn't bump the surgical site. It is sturdy enough to last the full surgical recovery time and more.

The rubber piece at the top was stretchable enough to go over her splint and boot yet still have a tight seal at the top of her thigh. She is 5’ 8” and still had room at the bottom for a longer leg. Worked exactly as expected. Although I did not go into a pool i did have my legs in the water and no problem. Worked excellent for showering. You may get some condensation inside depending on the heat of your shower but that is it. My cast never got wet. Size was what I wanted. Went on easily and stretched over the cast. Did not slip down at all. Was lightweight and fit was good.
