There's no catch for the notches of the dispenser, so when you go to lift the piece of tape to pull it the dispenser's roller rises up and falls off...you need to use your other hand to press it down and make sure it doesn't fall off of the track. The clear plastic seems to be lasercut, which is why I say it's enraging--could have easily been fixed after a prototype was tested! ### ⭐⭐ Stapler has never worked *by G***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2020* I haven't had any problems with the tape dispenser or the staple remover. However, the stapler has never worked. If a staple is actually released, it isn't bent, but sticking out of the paper. Looks great from afar but the material is plastic and coated gold. It's very cheap feeling for the price. I've tried many different staples and stapler only jams every time. Tape dispenser is too light to even allow you to tear the tape. Only thing that works is the staple remover.
