Review: fab costume, but sizing comes up very large. - I got this for a fancy dress party where I am going as catwoman from batman. The fabric is funny. Not rubber as the picture suggests, but a sort of shimmery wet look stretchy stuff, quite thin but not see-through. The zip goes far enough down that getting into and out of the costume is fine. The ends of the legs have stirrup things. It fits me perfectly. I'm 5ft2 and generally a size 10. The packaging says size 4-6. I can only imagine they are american sizes, because there is no way in the world I'm a UK size 6, let alone a 4. Definitely get a size down, and if you are smaller than a UK10 this will be too big. I'm going to wear it with ankle boots, but if you have longer legs than me you'll need calf or ankle boots (or leg warmers!) or else there will be a gap at the bottom. Review: XS was still not as skin tight as I'd hoped - I ordered an XS and as a size 6-8 I thought i'd definitely be getting something super skin tight but it actually is a little baggy around the legs and there is no pull on the stirrups when I put them on. It just kind of sits on your skin it doesn't stretch around it like I had imagined. It got here on time though which is very very pleasing and it's just in time for halloween. I really think it could do with offering an XXS because otherwise this would be 5 stars. The zip is great and the feel of the suit is so soft and shiny, overall I'm glad I chose this rather than a lot of the other dodgy but cheaper catsuit options. ## Features - Warning:This toy does not provide protection - Bold Fever look: Step into the spotlight with the Fever Miss Whiplash Black Catsuit Costume, a sleek and striking women's fancy dress outfit with a head-turning wetlook finish, perfect for Halloween and party season. - All-in-one costume style: Includes a black zip up catsuit with a form-fitting silhouette and easy front zip fastening, creating a bold look that's quick and effortless to wear. - Perfect party choice: Ideal for Halloween, fancy dress parties, themed events and hen parties, this versatile costume helps you create an unforgettable entrance wherever you're celebrating. - Smiffys is a leading fancy dress supplier you can trust, with over 130 years experience in manufacturing costumes, wigs, make up and accessories. - From Halloween to themed birthday parties and everything inbetween, Smiffys have everything you need to dress-up and party! It just kind of sits on your skin it doesn't stretch around it like I had imagined. It got here on time though which is very very pleasing and it's just in time for halloween. I ordered it in my size, however it was very noticeably too big in areas such as the arms and legs, when it was supposed to be skin tight. The material was also awful, looks very cheap and although this is a low priced item for a costume it just looked a bit tacky. I sent it back for a refund and received one quickly however. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/56196571-smiffys-fever-miss-whiplash-costume-black-with-zip-up-catsuit](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/56196571-smiffys-fever-miss-whiplash-costume-black-with-zip-up-catsuit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
