Also, we looked into them for possible switching to protect from the E3 of an EMP or CME but didn’t find them to be good fits for that application either. **Q: Physical measure what kp level trips this device g 3 strong power systems: voltage corrections may be required, false alarms triggered on some?** A: There was no trip voltage given, but it will handle 5KVP surges in a few nanoseconds. The item is static sensitive and comes in a static protection bag... The center pin is not spring-attached and therefore does not allow the pin to be depressed to fit the socket well. The entire unit is barely fitting the socket and could easily bounce out.
