The delivery was fast and there were no problems receiving it. Upon opening the guitar I found a few marks on it, but nothing that couldn't be solved with a wet wipe and some tissue. The accessories were in good condition and the bag was of decent material. It took a while to tune the guitar even with the electronic tuner but you can definitely hear the difference it makes once you get it spot on.
