When I received it out of the mail on Wednesday I was a little hesitant about opening it and using it but then I thought well what the hell I bought it anyway so I might as well try it out!!! So I put it on about a hour before we had sex because the label does say you have to wait several minutes before it could take full effect!! My husband LOVED IT!! He felt the difference like automatically and after we finished he went straight to sleep so I give this to thumbs up!!!
