Instead cold milk is suggested, which have high failure rate. I made with cold/room temperature milk as suggested , it failed & remained as milk even after 20 hours. Guys Just make it like you make normal curd. Use lukewarm milk, add strains for first time & keep it in warm place. And No need to use one litre strictly, i tried with 100 ml milk & 2-3 pinches of starter culture. For second batch use kefir itself.
