**Q: Does it work at high altitude**
A: I have flown 10+ hours non stop and return from Los Angeles to Amsterdam on KLM using my Inogen One G4 for the entire trip both ways. You must have enough fully charged batteries and pre approval from the airline. You cannot use airline power. TSA was not a problem. Life on board the airplane in business class was routine. I have emphysema and the cabin altitude would be too much for me. Inogen worked just fine.

**Q: Is the double battery just one battery?**
A: Yes, the double battery is one battery, but has about double the lifespan of a single battery.

**Q: Why all the negative reviews??????**
A: Most people do not understand battery life being dependent on setting of the device.

A: Yes, the Inogen One G4 Double Battery comes with a 1 year warranty!

We had issues with the original battery to the unit for a few months. Inagen felt it was the unit itself and replaced the unit at no cost but not the battery. Problems continued until we ordered this battery and everything is running perfect. Problems we had the unit would turn off for no reason, sometimes it would not get fully charged and to often warning light ( error) would come on. Remember folks the life of your battery depends on your setting for litters of oxygen being used. My wife setting is 2 and she gets around 3.5 hrs of use, we carry the small battery and both AC and DC chargers for long trips. A 400 watt inverter also can come in handy. It was sad to get a note in the package that some people buy this battery to use in a trip like vacation and then return it so don’t be a SCUM. We recommend this battery, thank you.
