Review: Only for a kids bike... - Ridiculously small for a 700c bike not correct at all. Had to buy another to replace this. My bike is a 700c and it does provide some protection but not full in a really muddy situation. Would be ideal for a 26 inch or kids bike. ## Features - Alpha Plus Front and Rear Clip on Easy Fit 700C Hybrid Bike Mudguard apmg12 - SPORTING GOODS - Alpha Plus ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Batteries included? | No | | Brand | Alpha Plus | | Manufacturer reference | APMG12 | | ASIN | B06VTJVS8M | ## Images ![Front & Rear Clip On Easy Fit 700c Hybrid Bike Mudguards - APMG12 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31MvOigmmyL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this product fit a 29" wheel with 2.2" thickness?** A: I fitted these for a friends hybrid bike with 1 1/4 wide wheels. These guards fix to the frame so the wheel dia is not so much a concern as you can adjust the guard bracket a little for more clearance BUT these are not very wide and will not cover the whole of an MTB wheel. I have 2.4 MTB x 29rs on my MTD . Think they are Crud Catchers with about 4" wide profile. **Q: Would these fit 26 inch mountain bike wheels? thanks** A: All I can tell you is that I have an adult Hybrid (on-road and off-road suitability) cycle and they fit easily. **Q: How wide are these mudguards? As in the width that they cover of the wheel?** A: Fine for me on my hybrid bike, with 28-32 width you should be fine. fitted in minutes 👍 **Q: How do you take the mudguards off.???** A: You can slide the mudguards off the bracket, or undo the nut and bolt that holds the bracket to the bike frame ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad and does what it should *by B***R on 13 October 2022* Does what it should but aren't as firm as some that I have seen however does the job! ### ⭐⭐ Only for a kids bike... *by D***S on 17 December 2022* Ridiculously small for a 700c bike not correct at all.
